Yo kai Watch 3: Tempura for Nintendo 3DS

About Yo kai Watch 3: Tempura for Nintendo 3DS

Yo Kai Watch 3 Tempura is the partner Japanese edition to Sushi, completing the original pair for the third adventure. The twin storylines return: Nate settling into American life in St. Peanutsburg among new spirits and stranger mysteries, and Hailey Anne running her detective agency in Springdale with the excitable Usapyon. Tempura brings its own exclusive Yo Kai, quests and dream events, so the two editions feel like siblings rather than copies. Together they formed the Japanese launch of the series biggest handheld chapter.

Grid based battles headline the changes, adding dodging and positioning to the series familiar team of Yo Kai. The maps are large and playful, mixing American diners and deserts with Japanese shopping streets and shrines. Zombie nights, river rafting, farming and a stack of side stories keep the pace varied across a long campaign. Trading with Sushi owners remains the social heart of the split release, and completionists will chase version exclusives long after the credits roll on both storylines.

Tempura is an import cartridge in today's market, so plan simply. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, and new digital purchases are no longer possible. Japanese physical copies are widely listed by import sellers at friendly prices, especially next to the western edition. Players who owned the digital version from the store years can still access their purchased games on their Nintendo 3DS whenever they like. With Sushi beside it, Tempura completes a very satisfying collecting pair.

Crispy outside, generous inside, just like the name.
