The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for Nintendo Wii U

About The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for Nintendo Wii U

The Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker casts Link as a boy on an island in a vast ocean that covers the old kingdom of Hyrule. When a giant bird steals his sister, Link joins a crew of pirates and sets sail in a talking boat to rescue her. The cartoon art style, once debated, is now loved for its expressive faces and shining seas. On Wii U players could enjoy this classic adventure, a story about courage, family and a world learning to move on.

Sailing is the soul of the game. You chart courses between islands, change the wind with the Wind Waker baton and haul treasure from the sea floor. Dungeons mix clever item puzzles with charming boss battles, and the ocean hides many secrets, from fairy islands to submarine ambushes. Characters like Tetra and Medli give the quest warmth and humor. The pacing invites exploration, making it a favorite first Zelda for many players. Its ending remains deeply moving, hopeful and brave.
