New Love Plus for Nintendo 3DS

About New Love Plus for Nintendo 3DS

New Love Plus is the enhanced edition of a famous Japanese dating simulation series, set in the seaside town of Towano. You play a transfer student starting a new school life, and through classes, part time work and days out you grow close to one of three heroines, the gentle Manaka, the cool Rinko or the lively Nene. The game runs on a real daily rhythm, with seasons, school events and small choices slowly shaping your relationships. It became a cultural phenomenon in Japan for how seriously it treats its small and tender stories.

Days are planned on a calendar. You choose how to spend time and money, raise your studies, fitness and charm and accept or decline invitations as friendships deepen. Conversations use touch and voice inputs, and your answers guide each heroine's feelings and the events you share, from festivals to quiet walks home. After a confession, the game continues into a steady relationship mode with dates and seasonal surprises.

Buying this game has changed since launch. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which means new digital purchases are no longer possible at all. A physical cartridge from a retailer is the honest way to play it today. This enhanced edition was a Japanese only retail release, so the cartridge is an import, and its conversations and menus are entirely in Japanese. Players who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games.

One new town, three heroines and a school year full of small moments.
