Armed Blue Gunvolt Striker Pack for Nintendo 3DS

About Armed Blue Gunvolt Striker Pack for Nintendo 3DS

Armed Blue Gunvolt Striker Pack gathers the first two Azure Striker Gunvolt adventures in a single collection for the handheld. Gunvolt is a young fighter with power over lightning, caught in a war between gifted adepts and the huge company that wants to control them. Both stories mix bright anime style drama with fast action and a cast that grows on you quickly.

The games are side scrolling action at full speed. Gunvolt tags enemies with his gun, then calls down lightning that arcs through every marked target at once. Stages end in duels with powerful adepts whose wild patterns must be learned and dodged. Having both adventures together makes this an easy way to follow the full early story of Gunvolt and his rival Copen in one place. The presentation makes smart use of the small screen, with clear menus and scenes that stay easy to read in handheld play. Short sessions suit the hardware well, so it is easy to enjoy a little progress on a bus ride or during a quiet break.

A quick note on buying Armed Blue Gunvolt Striker Pack today. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, and with it went new digital purchases, which are no longer possible. The honest way to play now is a physical cartridge sourced from a retailer. If you were among those who bought the game digitally before the closure, you can still access their purchased games, meaning your copy remains yours to enjoy.
