Final Fantasy Explorers sends a band of adventurers to the island of Amostra on Nintendo 3DS, where powerful crystals draw both hopeful explorers and mighty Eidolons. You create your own explorer and set out from the town of Libertas, taking quests into fields, caves and volcanoes. The spirit of classic Final Fantasy runs through everything, from jobs and abilities to famous summoned monsters like Ifrit and Shiva standing as towering bosses that test your whole party and its preparation.
The job system lets you shape your role in the group, fighting as a Knight, casting as a Black Mage, healing as a White Mage and much more. Combat happens in real time, with abilities linked to a resonance system that rewards coordinated play. Monsters you defeat can join your party, which helps solo players a great deal. Local and online multiplayer for up to four explorers is the heart of the game, turning tough Eidolon hunts into shared adventures with friends near and far.
