Witch and Hero 3 continues the story of a brave knight and a young witch turned to stone by monster magic. While she sits frozen and slowly charging a powerful spell, you play the knight who must keep her alive. Enemies pour in from every side in growing waves, and the only safe place on the field is wherever your sword happens to be. It is a simple setup told with charming pixel art and a surprising amount of heart.

Combat is direct and fast. You bump into enemies to strike them, gather the blood they drop and bring it to the witch to speed her recovery and power her magic. Between stages you upgrade the knight stats and the witch spells, turning early panic into satisfying control as builds come together. New enemy types force you to rethink your routes around the field. The loop of defend, collect and upgrade is easy to learn and hard to put down once a hard stage starts bending your best plan.
