Stretchmo for Nintendo 3DS
About Stretchmo for Nintendo 3DS
Stretchmo is a cheerful puzzle game from the makers of Pushmo, built around blocks that stretch. You play as Mallo, a small and determined hero who climbs blocky sculptures by pulling sections out from the wall, building steps and paths toward the goal at the top. This time the blocks stretch in more directions, which opens up clever new kinds of climbs. The sculptures take the shape of animals, objects and famous characters, and a friendly cast of children waits to be rescued from the summits. It is bright, kind hearted puzzling that always feels fair.
The stretching changes everything. A block pulled toward you can become a bridge, a staircase or a platform over a gap, and later puzzles ask you to think in several directions at once. Features like switches and moving parts arrive as the sets grow trickier, and the final collections offer real brain teasers. A built in studio lets you design your own sculptures and share them, while purchased packs add hundreds of stages across themed sets.

A note on buying the full set today. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases and extra packs are no longer available to buy. There is no physical cartridge edition to fall back on either. Owners who picked up the game and its packs earlier can still access their purchased games on their own system, and this release now lives on with the players who bought it in time.
It is smart, sunny puzzling that stretches the brain kindly.
