Shütshimi is a wild little shoot em up about a muscle bound goldfish defending his tank with serious firepower. Waves of strange enemies invade the fishbowl, from jellyfish to laser cats, and our hero answers with guns bigger than he is. Rounds last only seconds, which turns the whole game into a frantic burst of shooting, dodging and laughing. It is proudly ridiculous, and that is exactly the point of the whole tank sized adventure.

Between waves you grab one of three random power ups, choosing fast from funny options that change your guns, hat or luck. One choice might grant a shotgun and a party hat, the next a cannon and a curse, so adapting is part of the fun. Bosses crash the party at regular intervals with big patterns to dodge. Because rounds are so short, defeat never stings for long, and the next run is always seconds away. Sessions can stay short and sweet, or stretch much longer when a stage, battle or puzzle really grabs your attention.
