Shokugeki no Soma: Yuujou to Kizuna no Hitosara for Nintendo 3DS
About Shokugeki no Soma: Yuujou to Kizuna no Hitosara for Nintendo 3DS
Shokugeki no Soma Yuujou to Kizuna no Hitosara brings the hit cooking manga and anime Food Wars to the Nintendo 3DS. You follow Soma Yukihira, a fearless young cook who joins the elite Totsuki Culinary Academy, where students settle their pride in dramatic cooking duels called shokugeki. The game tells an original school story built around friendship and bonds, letting you spend time with the dorm group and rivals while dishes fly. Fans will recognize the big reactions and bigger personalities right away.
Play centers on story scenes and cooking themed challenges rather than open action. You read through events with the cast, make choices that shape relationships, and take part in cooking battles presented through mini challenges and judged results. Learning what each character loves to cook is part of the fun, and the original scenario gives followers a fresh reason to enroll. Presentation uses bright character art and voices to capture the show, making this a treat aimed squarely at Food Wars fans in Japan.

A note before you go hunting: the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases of this title stopped there. The workable option is a physical cartridge, which Japanese game shops and import sellers list from time to time. Players who bought the digital version before the closure can still access their purchased games on their system. Remember that this release is Japanese only, in both text and voices.
It is a warm side dish for any Food Wars collection.
