Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry’s Wonderland for Nintendo 3DS
About Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry’s Wonderland for Nintendo 3DS
Dragon Quest Monsters Terry's Wonderland follows Terry as a small boy, long before his adult adventures. When a strange creature takes his sister Milly, Terry follows them into the kingdom of GreatTree, where a king promises help if Terry wins the monster tournament. To rescue Milly, a brave child must become a skilled monster master, one battle and one new friend at a time.
You explore magical gates that lead to wild lands full of monsters to scout and befriend. Breeding in the shrine beneath the tree combines monsters into new species, and choosing the right parents is a satisfying art. Tournament battles in the arena test your team against rival masters, while the town grows as your reputation rises. Its simple loop of explore, befriend, breed and battle remains deeply charming. Returning players will notice how much care went into the little touches that make each area feel distinct and memorable.

Buying a copy today needs a little care, because the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which means new digital purchases are no longer possible. Today the sensible route is a physical cartridge, found through a retailer, a game shop or a trusted second hand seller who describes the condition honestly. Anyone who bought it digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games on their own system today.
For the right player, this one still earns a proud place on the shelf.
