This deluxe racer now needs a cartridge to join. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible. A physical copy from a retailer is the way in for new runners today. Players who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games, so their costumes, records and favorite stages remain ready on their systems.
