River City Tokyo Rumble moves the beloved brawling series to the streets of Tokyo. Kunio arrives in the capital and quickly finds local gangs fighting for control of its districts, from shopping streets to quiet suburbs. True to series tradition, he answers with flying kicks and a grin. The game keeps the open, free roaming structure that made River City Ransom famous, letting you wander, shop and fight at your own pace across a charming miniature Tokyo.

Combat is loose and joyful. Enemies drop coins when beaten, and that money buys food, gear and devastating special techniques in the many shops. Partner characters can be recruited to fight beside you, and simple jobs around town offer extra cash and laughs. A four player fighting mode and a dodgeball mode add variety beyond the story. The whole adventure is short, warm and replayable, with the series' signature humor in every conversation and street corner.
