Never Alone tells the story of Nuna, a young Inupiaq girl, and the white fox who becomes her companion. A fierce blizzard threatens her village, so the two set out across the ice to find the source of the storm. The game was made together with Alaska Native elders and storytellers, and their voices guide the tale through unlockable cultural stories. Snow, wind and spirits shape a journey that feels both fragile and brave. It is a small adventure with a very big sense of place.

You guide Nuna and the fox together, switching between them to solve puzzles shaped by the land. Nuna climbs, pushes and throws her bola, while the fox squeezes through tight gaps and calls friendly spirits that form platforms. Blizzards push you backward, thin ice breaks underfoot and hungry polar bears keep the tension high. A second player can join as the fox for true cooperative play on the couch. The Wii U GamePad can mirror the action for relaxed viewing. Short cultural videos between chapters add real warmth and knowledge.
