Mutant Alien Moles of the Dead is exactly as wild as its name sounds. Mutant moles with alien powers have burst out of the ground, and one brave defender stands between them and total garden chaos. The setup nods to classic arcade mole whacking games, then adds lasers, weird powers and undead mischief for extra flavor. Everything is played for laughs, with cartoon art and over the top sound effects. It is the kind of game that knows it is silly and leans in happily.

Gameplay is quick and reactive. Moles pop out of holes across the screen and you strike them down before they cause trouble or slip away. Later waves move faster and mix in tougher moles that take extra hits or hide behind surprises. Power ups appear at just the right moments, clearing the screen or slowing the swarm.
