Kirby Planet Robobot for Nintendo 3DS

About Kirby Planet Robobot for Nintendo 3DS

Kirby Planet Robobot begins when a giant mechanical vessel covers Dream Land and an alien company starts turning the peaceful world into a machine. Kirby wakes to a homeland of gears and factories, and sets out to free it the only way he knows how. The twist this time is the Robobot Armor, a powerful mech suit Kirby can pilot, which copies abilities just like Kirby himself. The result is one of the most inventive adventures in the series, mixing classic platforming charm with heavy metal power and a surprisingly touching story about friendship.

Kirby runs, floats and inhales through stages that play with both the foreground and background, swapping planes to find secrets. In the Robobot Armor he punches through walls, lifts huge blocks, drives, flies and uses copied abilities at giant size, from fire breathing to wheel racing. Puzzles make smart use of both forms, asking when to climb out of the suit and when to stomp forward. Bosses are spectacular, collectibles reward explorers and the final chapters deliver real emotion. Two extra mini games round out a package that many fans rank among Kirbys very best adventures.
