Danball Senki Baku Boost for Nintendo 3DS

About Danball Senki Baku Boost for Nintendo 3DS

Danball Senki Baku Boost brings the world of tiny battling robots to the Nintendo 3DS. You play as Ban Yamano, a schoolboy who receives a special miniature robot called an LBX and is pulled into a fight against a group threatening the whole country. Baku Boost is an expanded version of the first Danball Senki adventure, rebuilt for the handheld with extra content and smoother play for fans in Japan.

The heart of the game is building your robot. Shops sell hundreds of frames, motors, weapons and armor pieces, and mixing them changes how your LBX moves and fights. Battles are fast action fights in small arenas where dodging and timing matter as much as raw power. Between fights, a long story unfolds with school friends, rival builders and plenty of dramatic moments. Local multiplayer lets you test your creation against a friend and their best build. Every new part changes your robot in ways you can really feel.

Import hunting is the way to go for this Japan only release. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so fresh digital purchases are off the table entirely. A physical cartridge ordered through an import retailer or a collector is the honest path to playing it today. Owners who bought the game digitally before the shop closed can still access their purchased games on their Nintendo 3DS.

Model kit fans will feel right at home here.
