Buddy and Me Dream Edition for Nintendo Wii U

About Buddy and Me Dream Edition for Nintendo Wii U

Buddy and Me Dream Edition is an endless running adventure set in a dream forest at dawn. You play a young boy racing through the trees, and beside you runs Buddy, a giant friendly orange creature who helps you fly, bounce and swing through the world. The art looks like a storybook painting come to life, with golden light pouring through the leaves. There is no losing in the traditional sense, just a joyful run that ends when the dream does, leaving you ready to chase a better one.

Along the run you collect seeds, ride air currents and bounce on mushrooms to keep your speed alive. Buddy is more than decoration: timing your moves with his help is the key to long, flowing runs. Bunny rabbits and other small friends hide along the path for players who pay attention. The Dream Edition adds extra polish and content for Wii U. It is a calm, beautiful game about friendship and mornings, perfect for short sessions when you want something gentle that still asks for a little skill.

Today this game lives on through physical copies, because the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Wii U closed in March 2023 and new digital purchases are no longer possible. Look for the disc at a retailer that handles older games. If you were one of the players who bought it digitally before the closure, you can still access your purchased games whenever you like. That keeps early supporters playing while giving new fans a clear and honest path in.

A fine choice for your next game night.
