Yo kai Watch Busters 2: Magnum for Nintendo 3DS

About Yo kai Watch Busters 2: Magnum for Nintendo 3DS

Yo kai Watch Busters 2: Magnum is the Japanese sequel to the popular Busters action games, released only in Japan for Nintendo 3DS. This time the Blasters leave town behind and sail to a mysterious island in search of legendary treasure. The Magnum version carries its own exclusive Yo kai and rewards, which makes it the pick for collectors who want those special finds. Familiar heroes return with the same playful humor and brave spirit.

Gameplay keeps the real time team battles fans expect, with one player controlled leader and companions who fight at your side. Each Yo kai has a clear battle role, and smart squads balance power, defense, healing and range. Treasure maps, trap filled ruins and huge guardian bosses fill the island adventure. You can also play with friends through local wireless, and trading finds between the Sword and Magnum versions adds a nice social touch.

This Japanese release needs a careful approach from buyers today. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible. A physical cartridge from a retailer that stocks Japanese games is the honest way to play it now. Anyone who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games on their own system, which keeps earlier libraries playable.

Magnum is a rewarding hunt for fans who enjoy the Japanese side of the series.
