Unholy Heights for Nintendo 3DS

About Unholy Heights for Nintendo 3DS

Unholy Heights flips the usual fantasy story on its head. You are the Devil, landlord of a small apartment building, and your tenants are monsters looking for a cheap and comfy home. Slimes, skeletons and other creatures move in, pay rent and live oddly sweet lives under your roof. The trouble is that human heroes keep raiding the place for glory, so your happy housing project doubles as a battlefield whenever adventure comes knocking at the door.

The charm comes from mixing daily management with light tower defense. Happy monsters breed, take jobs and grow stronger, while unhappy ones may skip rent or move out. When heroes attack, you knock on doors to rouse your tenants and send them out to defend their home. Room prices, furniture and monster pairings all shape how your block develops over time. Watching tiny monster couples settle in and raise little monsters gives the strategy a warm and funny heart.

Here is how playing it works at this point. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible. Since this version lived on the digital store, a physical cartridge was never part of the picture for most players. The practical route is a Nintendo 3DS that already has the game in its library. Owners who bought it earlier can still access their purchased games and keep their monster tenants happy today.

Even the Devil worries about rent in this one.
