Labyrinth no Kanata, known in English as Beyond the Labyrinth, is a dungeon exploring role playing game from developer tri Ace. You play a young explorer who enters a vast underground labyrinth said to grant a wish to anyone who reaches its end. Early in the journey you meet a mysterious girl trapped inside, and she becomes your guide and companion. The ruins are quiet, beautiful and strangely sad, with light falling through stone halls that feel untouched for centuries. The mood sets it apart from louder and busier adventures.

Exploration happens in first person as you map the labyrinth floor by floor. Battles use a rock paper scissors style system built around colors and elements, where reading your enemy and choosing the right attack matters more than raw power. Your party grows as strange creatures join the fight, and careful planning keeps everyone alive through long floors. Puzzles and locked doors slow your pace in a good way, asking you to study each area. The girl reacts to your progress with short scenes that slowly reveal why she waits inside the ruins.
