Inazuma Eleven for Nintendo 3DS
About Inazuma Eleven for Nintendo 3DS
Inazuma Eleven tells the story of Raimon, a school soccer club so weak it can barely field a team. Goalkeeper Mamoru Endou, known as Mark Evans in English versions, refuses to give up on the club his grandfather once led to glory. He recruits classmates one by one, trains hard and enters the Football Frontier tournament. The story mixes school drama with soccer fantasy, and every new player adds heart and hope to Raimon dream.
Matches play out like a role playing game on a soccer field. You move players with the stylus, pause the action to choose passes and shots, and unleash outrageous special moves that summon fire, wind and giant hands to stop the ball. Between matches you train the squad, scout new recruits from other schools and build a team of your own design. With hundreds of players to find, team building stays fresh long after the main story ends. Victory feels earned because every player on the pitch was found, trained and trusted by you.

Anyone shopping for it now should set expectations first. Since the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, nobody can buy a fresh digital copy. A retailer selling physical cartridges, new or used, is the honest place to look for a copy. Players who bought a digital copy before the closure can still access their purchased games as before. A tested cartridge from a fair seller is worth seeking out.
Its place on the handheld is secure.
