Harvest Moon 3D: The Tale of Two Towns for Nintendo 3DS

About Harvest Moon 3D: The Tale of Two Towns for Nintendo 3DS

Harvest Moon 3D The Tale of Two Towns tells the story of two villages divided by an old feud. One town favors crops and the other favors animals, and their mayors have argued for years over a blocked tunnel between them. As a new farmer, you choose a town to call home and work to impress both sides. Cooking contests judged by a cheerful gourmet become your path toward peace, one dish at a time.

You farm, raise animals and gather ingredients across mountains that link the two towns. Each village has its own shops, festivals and marriage candidates, so your choice of home shapes daily life. Winning cooking contests improves relations and slowly opens the tunnel project. This 3D edition brings the Nintendo DS original to Nintendo 3DS with stereoscopic depth and touch features. It is a warm story about food, pride and neighbors learning to get along again.

Buying this one now works a little differently than it once did. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, which means new digital purchases are no longer possible. The honest way to play Harvest Moon 3D today is a physical cartridge from a retailer. Anyone who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games, so early owners are not locked out of their collection. Prices can vary a lot between shops, so it is worth comparing a few sellers before you decide on a copy.

It still holds a warm place in the Nintendo 3DS library.
