Gaist Crusher for Nintendo 3DS

About Gaist Crusher for Nintendo 3DS

Gaist Crusher is a Japan only action role playing game from Capcom for Nintendo 3DS, set in a future where mysterious metal life forms called Gaist threaten the world. Young heroes in special armor, the Gaist Crushers, transform and fight back with weapons formed from the very creatures they defeat. The game was built as a big cross media project with toys and anime ties, and its bright team of heroes gives it the energy of a Saturday morning action show aimed squarely at young players.

Combat is direct and flashy. You run through stages, smash Gaist with your chosen weapon type and switch forms to match the enemy in front of you. Defeated Gaist yield gear that changes your look and your fighting style, so collecting new crush metal becomes a driving goal. Multiplayer lets up to four players tackle missions together, which suits the team spirit of the story. Between stages, base scenes and upgrades keep the loop moving at a cheerful and energetic pace from start to finish.

Import action fans should note the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible for this Japanese release. A physical cartridge from a retailer who handles imports is the honest way to gear up today. Owners who bought Gaist Crusher digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games on their Nintendo 3DS, keeping their armor forms and mission progress available on their own system for the next Gaist outbreak.

Crush the Gaist and wear their power as armor.
