Driver Renegade 3D for Nintendo 3DS

About Driver Renegade 3D for Nintendo 3DS

Driver Renegade 3D follows John Tanner, the famous undercover driver, in a story set between earlier chapters of the series. After saving a senator, Tanner is asked to help clean up New York crime in his own direct way, by taking the fight to the streets in fast cars. The city becomes his weapon as he chases, rams and outruns the gangs who think they own it.

Driving is arcade focused, with a rage meter that rewards bold moves and lets Tanner smash through trouble in style. Story missions mix chases, escapes and takedowns, while extra modes and many unlockable cars add reasons to return. The streets are busy and the pace is high, so every mission feels urgent. Fans of the series get a compact handheld chapter with a tough and determined hero. The pacing is thoughtful as well, mixing quiet moments with stronger challenges so the adventure never feels flat or rushed.

If you plan to pick this one up now, keep the current situation in mind. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS closed in March 2023, so new digital purchases are no longer possible. A physical cartridge is the honest way in now, whether it comes from a retailer with old stock or a trusted used game seller with a fair record. People who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games, so earlier owners keep what they paid for.

Some games age into treasures, and this one is quietly becoming one.
