Dolphin Up for Nintendo Wii U

About Dolphin Up for Nintendo Wii U

Dolphin Up is a small and joyful arcade game about a dolphin that simply loves to jump. You launch out of the water, spin through the air and dive back in with style. The higher and cleaner your tricks, the better you do. There is no villain and no heavy story, just blue water, open sky and the pleasure of a perfect leap. It is the kind of game that makes people smile within seconds of picking up the controller.

Timing is everything here. You build speed underwater, burst through the surface and chain flips and spins before gravity calls you home. Rings and stars reward bold routes, and landing smoothly keeps your momentum alive for the next jump. Short sessions make it perfect for quick breaks, while chasing a personal best can quietly eat an afternoon. The controls are so simple that anyone in the room can try, and watching a great run is almost as fun as playing one yourself.

A short honest note will save hunters of this tiny game some time. The Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Wii U closed in March 2023, meaning new digital purchases are no longer possible now. The honest way to play today is a physical disc from a retailer, though this small title can be hard to track down. Owners who bought the game digitally before the closure can still access their purchased games and keep leaping whenever the mood strikes.

Pure simple joy, one perfect jump at a time.
